About the Rapporteur

My strength is combining government service, academic research and private practice as a trainer and consultant.

The videos presented here belong to one of the three professional tracks I follow: academic presentations, innovation workshops, and security training and consulting.

The synergistic combination of these tracks provides me with hands-on experience, the opportunity to experiment and the ability to transfer the knowledge and experience gained.

I also maintain ongoing contact with senior government decision-makers, leading researchers and representatives from the business community.

HALFWAY TO ARMAGEDDON

My presentation took place at the National University of Public Service on 18 March 2022.

I would like to thank Dr. Zsolt Hetesi for the invitation and Colonel István Resperger, Director of the National Security Institute for the discussion.

My presentation will try to answer the following questions:

1. What may or may not be Putin's purpose and plan for this intervention?

2. what are the chances of a tactical nuclear weapon deployment in the light of the new Russian defence doctrine and is there a chance of a global strike?

3. Where might the situation evolve in terms of the international community and its relations?

4. Where is China in this crisis?

5. Where is the new world order heading in the light of these events? 6. Is 24 February a dividing line or will the world go back to the way it was?
