On 29 June, the Trial Court of Miercurea published on its official website the first instance verdict of the criminal trial in the following case, which reveals that for years, one of the guardians of the St. Francis of Deva Foundation, HUNOR SZABOLCS KEDVES, sexually abused, raped, beat and tortured children entrusted to his care, who were "sheltered" in the family orphanages of the Foundation.

Details of the court hearings can be found HERE.

As someone who worked in Deva for a year in the late 1990s on behalf of the St. Francis Foundation, and who has been following the goings-on behind the scenes at the Foundation's orphanages ever since, I must admit that I am NOT LOST by what has just come to light.

For in these homes, so superficially advertised as wonderful and humane, so well publicised, it is not news that very strange things are happening there, and that there are problems, hidden, shameful things happening to children and their carers who have been thrown out of orphanages and poor families.

The perpetrators are protected.

They are protected by Caba Böjte's nimbus, because anyone who speaks out against anything in this regard is immediately branded by the pathos-addled crowd as wanting to harm orphaned children!

These are not new problems, of course, and let us be clear, many, very many people knew and know about them, but do not talk about them. Because they are afraid, because they are ashamed and because it is impossible to prove such things, especially when on the other side of the fence is Csaba Böjte, who has become a star-celebrity, a celebrity father.

The star priest, who can only be deified, idolized, who invented the orphan child tourism intertwined with high politics... who is a first-class COVID-advertisement and experimental vaccine agitator if necessary, or a political whore, if the script requires it, so it can not be (not) (SIC! ) anything but flattering, uplifting, Nobel Peace Prize winner... even if his actions are often not really compatible with the doctrines of Jesus or St Francis.

"But whosoever shall offend one of these little ones who believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone be fastened round his neck, and that he be cast into the depth of the sea."

This is the only publicised case that has now come to light. But there will be more. Because obviously there have been more ....

Because if an avalanche starts somewhere, a lot more will come out.

And yes, just to add to the question in the various articles that the educators didn't know what this pedophile homosexual monster called DEAR SABOLS was doing to the orphans is a TRUTH! They knew. I am quite sure that many did.

And a lot of people there know a lot more I think.

They are just afraid to talk about it.

And it would be better to talk about it, especially for the children.

Even if today's political trend has built up this hypocritical scepticism in such a way that a few hundred orphaned children can cover up a lot of things, can do a lot of things...because if someone speaks out, they immediately throw stones, saying that they are evil, bad Hungarians and bad Catholics...

But is it really the evil, bad Hungarian and bad Catholic who speaks out against such atrocities? And then what kind of a person is it who looks the other way and refuses to look behind the garish incense-smoking lies?

So let us learn the details of the case that has just broken out, from the article below.

PS. Let's watch the lying, hypocritical, pharisaical video below, where Dear Szabolcs the pedophile monster talks about the magnificent wonders of child protection...and compare it with the REALITY that has just come out... How many such cases go unpunished and unpunished, one wonders, looking at the vulnerable children?!

Several articles have been published in the Hungarian media over the past two days, the following are taken from Klubrádió.

A former employee of the St. Francis Foundation in Deva was sentenced to 30 years in prison on the main level by a court in Chisinau, who, according to prosecutors, regularly sexually and physically abused children in two residential homes in Harghita County for ten years between 2007 and 2017.

The indictment lists 36 offences, the most serious being multiple rape, with 15 boys testifying against the former guardian, Transtelex reported.
The St Francis of Deva Foundation was founded by Franciscan monk Csaba Böjte. The aim of the children's charity is to help children living in inhumane conditions in Transylvania, often on the verge of starvation. Thanks to the sacrificial work of Brother Csaba and his colleagues, more than 2,500 children are now living in the institution's homes.

The St. Francis Foundation in Deva operates with public funds from Hungary and Romania, as well as private donations, Transtelex reports.

According to the indictment, K.Sz., now 35, committed 36 crimes over a period of ten years, between 2007 and 2017, first as a carer of the St. László Child Protection Centre in Tusnadfürdő, run by the St. Francis Foundation in Deva, and then as a carer of the St. Catherine Home in Kasonaltiz, a municipality of Kasonaltiz, against children entrusted to his care. Fifteen of the victims are known to be boys, all of whom were minors (the youngest under 8 and the oldest 16) at the time of the sexual and physical abuse. The accused may appeal.

According to prosecutors, the defendant raped two children, sexually abused eleven, "raped" ten, physically abused thirteen and endangered the physical integrity of one during the time he was employed by the St. Francis Foundation.

Some of the minors also suffered several types of abuse - sexual and physical - from their former guardian, the indictment says. The article adds that the former educator forced the children to perform oral sex and genital fondling, among other things, and regularly beat several of them, including a disabled boy who was unable to speak.

According to Transtelex, the series of crimes is unprecedented in Romanian child protection institutions, with which prosecutors are accusing a former employee of the St. Francis Foundation, founded by the highly respected Franciscan monk Csaba Böjte, who was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.

The human resources officer of the St. Francis Foundation, Katalin Kacsó, told the newspaper that Father Csaba Böjte personally reported the man to the Harghita County Child Protection Directorate together with a psychologist "when the first suspicions" about him arose.

The Transylvanian portal was contacted anonymously by an employee of the Saint Francis Foundation. The man started working as a volunteer in one of the foundation's institutions and after several months was asked to stay and signed a work contract.
He said that, although it is not a general rule, the foundation usually recruits full-time teachers from among volunteers, there is no interview, no qualification and no psychological test.

"I've had people sent to me who, after their first day, I had to tell them to leave us in the evening because I thought they were mentally ill and unfit for the job," he said.
