Ukrainian Defence Minister Oleksiy Reznikov warned that the Russian Federation could mobilise up to 500,000 troops. "Officially, 300,000 have been announced, but when we see the troops at the borders, we estimate that it is much more," said Olexiy Reznikov. We spoke with security policy expert Dr. Robert C.
