But the catalyst for these processes has been the intangible dominance of the United States of America in the world economy and world politics.

As well as the stubborn reluctance or even inability of the Western elite to see and recognise objective facts. I have already mentioned that recently there have been irreversible, one might say tectonic, changes in the whole system of international relations.

The role of the dynamic, promising states and regions of the world, above all, of course, the Asia-Pacific region, has increased considerably.
